"Just this past winter heater started blowing out cold air after it had been on for about 20 min. Have not checked it out yet."

Anonymous, MD (2020 Honda Accord EX-L Unsure)
    Refrigerant leaks

""I live in Arizona and air conditioning is an absolute must for more than half of the year. After I had the car for about 3 years I was noticing that the air was blowing warmer than it usually did, at least I thought it was but I got by for a couple of months and then it was winter and I really didn't need it. A couple months later it was starting to get hot again outside and I turned on my air and it was hotter than the air outside! I made an appointment, took it in and they checked it and told me it needed refrigerant. I said that seemed odd that it would run out in such a short time and they told me they checked for leaks and there weren't any and they had to discharge the system and then refill it and that cost around $400+. It has worked since but I along with my service person really thought that it should definitely have lasted longer than it did. I am keeping a close eye on it.""

    What Owners Say

    USB port

"When I would plug in my phone to the USB port starting about 2 years or so ago it would decide to simply disconnect whenever it felt like it but usually when you would hit a very small bump in the road. This became really aggravating like when I would be using Android Auto and letting it guide me somewhere boom it just disappeared and I would have to keep trying to unplug and then plug it back in while I was driving and hopefully get it back going again - it didn't always reconnect - just about 75% of the time. When I took it in for an oil change I also told my service person about the situation. He told me I needed to go buy a premium cord to hook up the phone. I did but it didn't work. Then I made an appointment for them to keep my car overnight and get it fixed. I also told them that they might need to take it for a little drive because on several occasions when I started it in the morning it would be normal but usually taking a turn or hitting a little bump would jar it off. They called me the next morning and said come pick up your car. I went in and they said it was working just fine. I asked if they had driven it and they said no because it was running perfect. I said I hope so but I didn't believe it. I pulled out of their driveway onto the street and made it almost a quarter of a mile and boom out it went. I was furious but I decided to just go home and cool off. I actually didn't go back until my next oil change about 6 months or so later and made sure to have a new service person. They did end up getting it fixed - about a $500 bill - it was some expensive electrical part and it has worked fine since after a 2 and a half year time period."

    What Owners Say

    Shocks or struts

"It was found by the Honda Tech. when I brought it in for servicing. Honda paid them to repair it because it had less than 17000 miles on it even though it was out of warranty. I was delighted!"
