"It happens about once a week that the Apple CarPlay will not recognize that a phone is connected. The phone is plugged in and charging, but the electronics system acts as if it is not there."

I have a feeling that they screwed up the transmission when fixing the oil leak, but I can't prove it. We had to put it through our insurance as comprehensive like we might have ran over something that kicked up. They wanted 11K for a new transmission installed. That's nuts.""

They now have the car for over two days trying to identify the source of the rattle and fix the problem."
