""Philips Toyota diagnosed the wrong problem with our AC and never fixed the issue. We took it back and they realized it was the a/c compressor. They tried to recharge us, but we threatened to go public with their mistake. It was still rather expensive. We will never use them again.""

"Have noticed in the last year that the door handle covering "fake leather" is coming off in my hand. This appears to be a problem with Toyota's this old. Believe it is just normal wear and tear. However, past Toyota's / Lexus cars I've owned have not had this problem. Cars that I kept much longer."

The new gasket has continued to come loose causing issues with opening and closing the trunk. This is either poorly designed or trunk weld was defective from the factory."
